Bird club outing

Southern Eyre Bird Club will be heading to Coffin Bay on Sunday 15 February. Meet at St Joe’s Triangle at 9am. Bring your own binoculars, chair and lunch – or buy in Coffin Bay. Car pooling should be available. If the temperature forecast on ABC on Saturday night is 30 degrees Celsius or above, the outing will be cancelled.

Probus meeting

Port Lincoln Ladies Probus Club’s monthly meeting will be held at Kirton Bowling Club on Tuesday 17 February at 10am. All are welcome to attend.

Come and try table tennis

Ladies are invited to come and try table tennis with the Wednesday Ladies Table Tennis Club at the Port Lincoln Table Tennis Stadium at 40 Coronation Place, Port Lincoln. The stadium will be open from noon to 3pm each Wednesday – 18 February and 25 February – with casual games in February and the team competition starting in March. Nursing lunch

The next lunch for retired and semi-retired nurses from Port Lincoln Health Service will be held on Monday 23 February at noon at the Marina Hotel. Please RSVP to Shirlene on 0429 056 140 by Friday 20 February for reservations. As it is the first catch-up of the year, organisers look forward to seeing everyone again.

Happy Chat

The Port Lincoln Ladies Probus Club Happy Chat will be at Port Lincoln Hotel on Tuesday 24 February at 10am. Please bring something ‘Made In Australia’.

Streaky Sounds

Held at the Streaky Bay Oval on Sunday 8 March, Streaky Sounds 2026 will be headlined by The Rubens, with many other artists set to perform, free kids activities and local vendors.

Crossways Community Fete

Ceduna’s Crossways Lutheran School will host its annual fete on the school grounds from 5pm to 8pm on Friday 27 March. The event will include stalls to browse, live music, children’s amusements and raffles and prizes. Stalls are available to book – call the school on 8625 2873.

Easter Sunday Fishing Day Competition

The Elliston and Districts Business and Progress Association is hosting the second Easter Sunday Fishing Day Competition on Sunday 5 April. Juniors 16 years and under in four categories and Adults in five categories, with great prizes to be won. Registration is $5 per person, payable by cash only. Register at the Elliston markets on Saturday 4 April, 10am to 2pm and on Sunday 5 April, at the Elliston front beach barbecue area on Beach Terrace from 7:30am to 10am. Men’s catch up

Our Town Kimba hosts a men’s catch up each Tuesday for morning coffee, toasties and a chat from 10am to 11.30am.

RSL bingo changes day

Cowell RSL Sub-Branch has changed its weekly bingo from Tuesday to Monday nights. It will still start with eyes down at 7pm. The cost is $15 for 10 games. Supper with tea and coffee is provided. The bar is also open.

Busyfingers Craft Group

Ceduna’s Busyfingers Craft Group meets at Ceduna Men’s Shed every Friday from 10.30am to 2pm and people are welcome to bring along any project they would like to. Members have a range of skills from quilting/patchwork, knitting, crocheting, card making, diamond dots, embroidery and more. A small fee of $3 is charged per week. Blue Water Raiders Dragon Boat Club

Come and join the group for a morning paddle in the beautiful calm waters of Tumby Bay. The dragon boaters meet every Sunday, weather permitting, at 7.45am, at the Tumby Bay marina boat ramp. No experience is necessary, with life jackets and paddles supplied. Enjoy a single paddle or become a new member. Cleve Coffee, chat and craft

Everyone is welcome to join Coffee, Chat and Craft at the Cleve Uniting Church Hall on the third Friday of each month.

Ladies’ coffee and connection

Coffee and a chat make the perfect blend at Our Town Kimba each Wednesday from 10am until 11.30am, alongside the Healing Hugs quilting group.

Youth hub

The Our Town Kimba shed hosts a relaxed hangout space for young people aged 12 to 17 every Wednesday from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
