Locals and visitors to Colour Tumby alike are welcome to attend an International Women’s Day breakfast on Saturday, March 8 in the Tumby Bay Uniting Church Hall at 9am.

Helen Hookings will speak on the role of the McGrath Foundation’s breast cancer nurses on Eyre Peninsula.

Two other interesting women will also tell inspirational stories – local GP Dr Emmy Hennell and young mum Jacque Ogilvy.

The cost is $20 for a buffet breakfast – please RSVP to Ruth Parker on 0422 177 705.

The Tumby Bay Uniting Church can be found at 30 Spencer Street, with the entrance to the hall behind the church on the street side of the church.
