Lock seniors enjoyed decorating gingerbread houses at Get Up and Goers last Friday.
Organiser Anne Siviour baked the gingerbread and assembled the four walls and the two roof pieces of each house in advance.
She also finished decorating one to give those attending some ideas of what they could do, and was busy keeping up a supply of icing to everyone.
Anne said the group had lots of laughs, with a few breaks that were iced back together.
“Maybe not many of us would get a building licence, but the results were great,” she said.
“I’m really proud of everyone’s efforts [and] lovely centre pieces for their Christmas tables.”
The group enjoyed lots of laughs, some games and a delicious pooled lunch at what was the final function for 2024.
