Baking hot cross buns in the lead up to Easter is now a popular annual activity for Lock Get Up and Goers.
Organiser Anne Siviour said making, decorating and baking the buns was a fun time for all of those who attended.
“The laughter and fun had was infectious,” Anne said.
She said the seniors enjoyed a few ends of indoor bowls at Lock Sporting Complex while the buns were rising and baking.
The group all got to take some buns home with them, but also prepared a plate of buttered buns for those attending the Lock Health Advisory Committee meeting that evening.
