Teacher Emma Jordan said activities were run around the theme of ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud’.

Students sat in a yarning circle around fake fires with the school’s wellbeing dog Gordon.

“We had an Aboriginal pigment-making art session in The Hub where the children created their own paints from flowers,” Ms Jordan said.
